INSPECTION
We provide electrical inspection services in compliance with several standards and regulatory frameworks, including the Order of 7 February 2012, the RCC-E code, as well as other requirements relating to painting, packaging, conditioning and PMUC requirements…
We are involved throughout all stages of the manufacturing process for electrical and control-command equipment:
- Procurement
- Incoming inspection
- Manufacturing follow-up
- Activities Important for Protection
- Final acceptance
- Packaging and conditioning
We also inspect the associated documentation (FUD, RF, procedures, Final test report, EOMR, etc.).
Objectives :
- Verify the conformity of the equipment and associated documentation
- Monitor suppliers on behalf of the Client
A well-conducted inspection helps ensure equipment conformity while also encouraging a better understanding and application of applicable requirements.
AUDIT
We also provide audit services in accordance with several standards and regulatory frameworks, including the Order of 7 February 2012, ISO 9001, ISO 19443, and the various editions of the RCC-E code (2012, 2019, 2022, etc.).
Audits can be carried out at your premises or directly within a Basic Nuclear Installation (BNI).
Objectives :
- Assess the Quality Management System
- Monitor processes related to Activities Important for Protection (AIP)
- Identify technical and quality-related deviations
- Raise team awareness of nuclear industry requirements
We can also carry out workstation audits on manufacturing processes, as well as mock audits to help prepare you for ISO 19443 certification.
An audit is not limited to identifying deviations. Above all, it is a tool for improvement, helping you strengthen, secure and continuously improve your practices.
