The Société d’Inspection, de Conseil qualité et d’Audit inspects, according to the actual

regulation, any EIP electrical engineering equipment in the nuclear sector.


It inspects this equipment, from the procurement in your suppliers’ premises until the packaging of the final product through the receiving inspection, manufacturing and final inspection.

The related documentation (Follow up document, Reference File, manufacturing instructions, test specifications), which represent 50% of the work to be performed for an order in the nuclear field, is also inspected.

These inspections can be performed in your own suppliers’ premises, in order to check the conformity of their product before reception
or in your premises, in production or before the final acceptance of your customer.

This service corresponds to a technical control, in accordance with the Decree of 7 February 2012, allowing justifying the master
of QRA.


According to your needs, SICA Nucléaire also performs the monitoring of the order deadlines, the starting or progress meetings.


Through the perfect knowledge
of the repositories such as

the Decree of 7 February 2012 and the RCC-E, the Société d’Inspection, de Conseil et d’Audit accompanies you by accelerating the implementation of the lists of Quality Related Activities, then in the analysis and the writing of contract documents such as the Reference File, Follow up document, the Assurance quality plan, the end of manufacture report.


SICA Nucléaire also offers its know-how
in the qualification field as defined in the RCC-E of your electrotechnical equipment.
It can accompany you in the implementation
of documents, such as the Specific Qualification Program, the Qualification summary report and the Qualification preservation sheet.


According to your needs, we provide you with our experience in the implementation of internal structure, dedicated to the surveillance of your fabrications and suppliers, enabling you
to ensure you about the mastering of your Quality Related Activities and those of your suppliers.




In accordance with the Decree on Quality of 7 February 2012 and with

deviations repositories used in the nuclear field, SICA Nucléaire conducts audits in your premises or to your own suppliers in order to:

  • Identify deviations in terms of organization and quality monitoring
    of your products,

  • Perform a surveillance of Quality Related Activities management,

  • Justify the control of your Quality Related Activities,

  • Increase the staff awareness of the Nuclear requirements,

  • Assess the Integrated Management System annually.


The Société d’Inspection, de Conseil qualité

et d’Audit performs workstation audits (purchases, receiving inspection, manufacturing, final testing etc.) which can have two objectives:


  • Comply with the requirement
    of monitoring the Quality related Activities,

  • Improve your process and the quality
    of your products.


SICA Nucléaire also conducts test audits in order to best prepare you to qualification or renewal audits of the suppliers realized by your own customers.
